The best so far!
Despite the bad drivers, these sound like your best stays so far! A real apartment and a chalet, good food, a road trip, gorgeous mountain scenery and charming towns laid-back enough for street cows. Hope this makes up for that next hideous journey. Great photos!

Georgia wants more tourists
Georgia just seems to get better and better for us, and having our own car sure is giving us a bit more flexibility (and headaches). This is a really beautiful country and once you work out the menu the food is pretty good.

What do i choose?
This has become one of more all time favourite dishes and could eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner. Of course if I did I may need to find another partner because Michele isn't so keen on this little slice of cheese heaven. The dilemmas of life, Michele or Khachapuri, yet to make a final decision.

Seriously, you have made us want to head this direction. Ok, so what is the deal with the animals. What do you think? Sounds odd. Love to hear your thoughts. Love your critique on the drivers in Georgia. Once again your photos are phenomenal. Good job. The driving sounds .... well crazed. Yikes, the landslides. You are having an adventure. Glad you've had some good food even though some has been bland.

Pack your bags
Georgia is a great compact country with some amazing scenery and sights. Transport is an issue with most public transport being minivans and they sometimes pack the people in like sardines. Driving is a good option but hire a 4WD as the roads are BAD as we unfortunately discovered.

Hey guys, sounds gorgeous. the pic's are amazing as always. That Russian feel always seems to lend itself to aggression in some way or the other (in this case drivers). I'm sure you heard about the hooliganism in Marsa (euro cup)...Mestia looks so beautiful, i love the free animals wandering home and the kitten Shelly, nice you gave her a cuddle.
