There is so much to say about Tibet but this page may not be the best medium....

Potala Palace, where the Dalai Lama would stay if he wasn't in India, is a wonderful place, if it wasn't up so many steps ! Nearly didn't make, and they dont allow you to take water in.

Anyway the pics show the best parts that we could photograph.



We've also found a nice Dutch bar which recharges our batteries.



We trundled down to Shigatse today, second city of Tibet, more on that trip later.
