see the concentration on my face!!!!I have tried yoga classes a couple of times and hanging up in the room is lots of large material for the flying class. I keep saying to myself I wonder what the flying yoga is like.......im always up for trying new things and this was on my must try list so Saturday at the end of the lesson I asked my friend (who is also my Chinese teacher Helen!) to ask the teacher what the flying yoga was like and the teacher replied with: stand up and I will show you!! My face must have been a picture but after 5 minutes there I was upside down and just hanging.....very strange feeling!!!! Helen suggested why don't we come back in the evening and have another lesson to include flying yoga......why not!! So we returned ready to try some fun but really hard moves!!! I am not a very flexible person and I have only had 4/5 normal yoga lesson but I was so proud that I managed to do every move I think even Helen and the teacher were surprised too!!!! And it felt really good. At the end, the teacher walked over our back, legs, ankles (Which really hurt!!)
and our arms! And my back felt so much better after!! Felt so relaxed after that lesson!!!!
