Getting on the plane to Hainan Island We woke up early this morning to head across the street to the park for class. We left so early, 10am, that I didn’t even have time to grab my Starbucks! Needless to day I was in a bit grouchy.
When we got to the park it wasn’t quite. There were people taking classes and learning how to dance, some people doing martial arts, musicians playing their music and so much more. The park was so crowded and loud that I had no idea how we were going to have class! We made our way back into a the park to a quite area and right outside this quite area there were musicians who had microphones for people to single along. I am a very culturally accepting individual but there was nothing about this that I was about to accept. The woman singing sounded like a dead cat! It was absolutely horrible and I thought my poor ears were going to shred!
After having class in the park I decided that I need to get some work done so I went over to Starbucks (yea, I got my fix) where there was free internet. I spent the next

He go soo many strange looks from the locals it was great! 3 hours getting work done for the different organizations I’m involved with back at ASU while enjoying my endless supply of coffee. We then headed to the airport and off to Sanya in the Hainan Islands. It was so hot when I got off the plane at 8:30pm that I thought we were all going to die!
Lucky, we got back to the hotel and low and behold, porn star hotel! It was an African theme to all the upholstery was done in zebra stripes, even in the rooms! The room also had a class window between the bedroom and the shower so it was a full on show when someone was taking a shower!
Our room was huge with couches, chairs, balcony, everything! Everyone came to meet in our room and we ended up having a little photo shot on the couch since I was so 50s pornish lol. Afterward we all ran down to the beach and went swimming. One thing led to another and somehow a bunch of us decided to take off our bathing suits! Most of the guys were butt naked and almost all the girls took off their tops…including me! A bunch

Never fall asleep with drunk people around you....especially on the plane! of ASU kids out in the middle of the ocean swimming topless at 11pm…I think I’ve found my new favorite hobby! It wasn’t much longer until security came down to the beach and kicked us out for being there after dark. We all went back to the hotel, showered up and went to sleep. Boo on security.
