I traveled to Weifang, Shandong Province again for work. I attended meetings and also got to visit some tourist spots in and around Weifang. My Chinese colleagues took an embarrassing number of pictures of yours truly, so I figured I should share them with you all. I know how much you love seeing my smiling face!

The Talents Bureau helps recruit talented foreigners to work in Shandong. The man in blue is the Big Boss. I forget his name but I gave a lovely toast to him at lunch.

I'm working with the Weifang Talents Bureau, the Chinese Talents Bureau, the Weifang Education Bureau, and Weifang No. 1 Middle School. These are officials from some of those places.

They are working on modifying plants to grow faster and bigger. They have some greenhouses open to the public. Notice the vegetables hanging from the ceiling.
