A small shop, with this strangly shaped oven made me take a second look. I was told, that it is a traditional bakers-oven, where bread is prepared and baked the way it has been done in this part of China for hundreds of years.

The dough is attached to the sides of the heated oven, where it bakes to perfection. It is then collected by in a net by one of the bakers.

The bread sells quickly to a line of waiting customers. It is bought hot and tastes delicious.
