Chip Roach Tuesday - This night would begin a 10 hour train ride to Guilin, China. We would get on the train shortly before midnight where we will attempt to sleep for about 10 hours and wake up in a very picturesque landscape. Guilin is known for it's beautiful landscape littered with mountains that just erupt from the ground and tower into the sky. The lanscape sometimes can look like its from another world.
You would figure that when you travel south and west for 10 hours you would actually be going to a warmer climate......NOT.... The first day in Guilin I am wearing 3 shirts and two jacket. If it wansn't for sox and underwear I would be wearing my entire wardrobe at one time (that is for the clothes which I took on this smaller trip).... This was really not very funny...lol who would have thought it could drop from 90 degrees (with high humidity) to about 50 degrees.... Can you say "the weather here really sucks"!!!!!
We will be here for three days before returning to Xiaoyan's home city. I hope you enjoy the pictures!!!!
