Night scene at Fenghuang ancient City
We woke up in the FengHuAng Ancient City and began to tour the beautiful city that introduces foreigners to the history of China. There were lots of authentic shops (not like the Panda Express in the USA), and we bought a milk tea and oolong tea. As we walked around, we crossed a bridge made of wooden posts, saw a man fishing in the river, and watched a man make peanut candy with a heavy wooden hammer. He smashed the candy and kept folding it to make is softer. The result was delicious sweet candy that we got to take home. After that, we napped on the bus ride and our tour guide talked to us about a glass bridge and more about Zhang Jiajie National Park.
