Beach Getaway

Beach Getaway - We went out to a nearby island, Koh Rung, which was mostly uninhabited except for a small village. We stayed in a little cabana and spent our days in the hammock, swimming and reading. A great place to recover and revive ourselves after several days on the bus and our adventures in the Village.

That beach is beautiful and looks like nothing is around......was it expensive in that area? How far from the capital?

It's an island, Koh Rung, of the coast of Sihanoukville. They have plans to bulid a resort out there so no promises it will still be empty. The cheapest way out there is through the dive shop. $10 or something. The accommodation and food out there is pretty nice, althoguh expensive. They even have wifi. Enjoy!
