Places I've been in Siem Reap are:-
SIEM REAP IS THE GATEWAY TO CAMBODIA'S SPIRITUAL AND CULTURAL HEARTBEAT, THE TEMPLES OF ANGKOR. THE TOWN WAS A QUIET, SLEEPY BACKWATER UNTIL FEW YEARS AGO, BUT IT'S QUICKLY REINVENTING ITSELF AS A SOPHISTICATED CENTRE FOR THE NEW WAVE OF VISITORS PASSING THROUGH EACH YEAR. IF CAMBODIA IS HOT RIGHT NOW, SIEM REAP IS BOILING OVER! 😉

Seam Reap is the most peaceful trip I've ever done alone. I still remember when I woke up 5 am to watch the morning Sunrise and later the same day, the Sunset at Angkor Wat. This experience for me was beyond comparison.
As soon as you reach the top view of Angkor Wat to watch the sunset, it makes you feel like you're life has been complete in a fraction of minute, everything around you speaks nothing but freedom and the amazing scenery is breathtaking. For me, It's the most satisfying and rewarding experience ever. Its a great way to end your trip, until the next time around! 😉
