After the hassle of Stonetown, the quiet beaches of Bwejuu, east Zanzibar were more than welcome. Peter and I almost lost our minds when we arrived. Honestly we didn't take the smiles off our faces for the first 3 hours we were there. With only a few tourists and miles of turquiose water, coupled with the nicest beach bungalow I've ever seen... we couldn't have been happier! We spent 3 days here lazing around, drinking beer and wine and snorkling. There was always a breeze so the insects that have become the bane of my exisitence didn't even have the stamina to resist the breeze ahhhh heaven.
