This afternoon I joined the guests for a game drive. At first the drive wasn't very exciting. Then we saw a mother white rhino and her calf. These animals were walking along. Nearby there was some impalas who were busy grazing and at the top of a dead tree there was an African Fish Eagle.

The drive was quiet again, so we stopped for a drink and some snacks. Finally we came across a decent sighting - it was the reserve's small pack of Wild Dogs. There were just three of them. They stood at the side of the road and looked around.

One of them had a fresh injury above its eye. The stood still for a little bit and then they were off. They ran into the bush and we were not able to follow them, so we drove back to the lodge.
