This afternoon as the lodge was very quiet with only a few guests, management allowed the staff to go for a game drive. Paul drove myself and nine other staff. Before we left we packed the cooler box with various drinks and off we went. The drive started off well, just as we left the lodge we came across a white rhino. It was all muddy. We also saw a lioness sleeping under a bush. We were a bit loud, which caused her to wake up. Paul took us to the bat caves, there was not much to see here, except for amazing rock formations.

We stopped at the top of the caves for a drinks stop and to stretch our legs. Just metres away from us here there was a large troop of baboons. It was fun to go on a game drive- we all enjoyed our afternoon out.
