Zebras must be fake In the east of Rwanda, near the border of Tanzania, is the Akagera National Park. The main attraction in Akagera is to go on a safari to the parts of the national park covered with savannah. We have never been to a safari before. This was a first for us and we absolutely loved it. We are Emma Holmbro and Ake Dahllof. We live in Stockholm, Sweden. We have travelled more or less regularly since the mid 1990-ies and it seems like the more we travel the more difficult it is to decide where to go next. Nile crocodile

The crocodile has a bad breath which attracts flies. When there are enough flies sitting in the mouth they jam it shut and eats them

Hippopotamus

Hippos sometimes try to take cover under seaweed.

Marabou Stork

This Marabou Stork only has one leg but seemed to be getting by anyway

Buffalo + warthog

Giraffe

We think giraffes look both cool and majestic.

Warthog

We saw a few warthogs but we never managed to get any good photo of them. Every time we saw one it either ran away from us or decided to hide in the grass.
