Today we slept in until 2.00pm and straightaway we started packing since it was our last day. We didn’t even get dressed. I had to go through all of my stuff I bought and pack it into plastic bags and even wrapped some of them in my clothes so it didn’t break. It took 20 minutes just to go through all of my jewellery. I forgot about half of the stuff I bought so I was excited seeing it all there. It felt like I bought myself a present. Carmen went out to by some lunch and some bubble wrap to wrap up my porcelain dolls in. While she was gone the maid came in the room and made our beds, mopped and vacuumed. Today Carmen and I went to a retail store, kind of like St.Vinnies. Everything was very cheap, we were both very shocked! In the end i had bought 4 pairs of sunglasses, 6 high heels, 9 summer dresses and 8 tee-shirts. After we were done we went to a Chinese takeout place and got some spring rolls and samosas. We then stopped at a park and ate. After we finished we went back to our hotel and watched some movies. Some people came into our room and gave us massages. Today we woke up at 4.00pm, we have got really bad sleeping habits while we are here. We ordered room service to bring us a serving of chips and gravy and some sweet chilli chicken tenders. It arrived 10 minutes later and we scarfed it down very very quickly. We went to the shops and went into the same jewelry shop as last time and bought 3 pairs of gold earrings and 2 gold chains and 4 silver anklets. When we left it was already 5.30pm and we decided to go to a big clothing retail store. I got 9 dresses, 5 denim shorts, 3 pairs of jeans, and 12 singlets all for $85.00. We woke up at 7.00am and went to a beauty salon up the road from our hotel. We walked into the door and noticed it was very dark and cool, a woman that worked there said it was to help you relax while being treated. Me and Carmen were looking at the brochure trying to decide what we wanted. In the end I chose a Mani/Pedi and a faced mask treatment, to finish up I was going to get a haircut and colour. We both went into separate rooms and started our treatments. We finished at 12.00pm and went to Chez Aline restaurant, a Chinese cuisine place. Me and Carmen woke up at 11.00am, with the TV was still on. We got ready and left to go to the city to get some lunch. We stopped at Nando's and we ate. Carmen had Chilli Chicken and I had Lemon Chicken with salad. We stayed in the restaurant for a while and just absorbed the atmosphere. The waiters/waitresses were extremely friendly and very hospitable to our comfort. We left Nando's at 1.00pm and walked around looking for some good shops. We stopped at a jewellery store and went inside. Everything was incredibly cheap. You could buy 18 carat gold hoop earrings for only $100.00 and a 24 carat gold chain for $170.00.
