Another long holiday, another blog 😊 Term 2 finished in a flash, filled with lots of lost sunhats, swim galas, cross countries, an assembly, birthdays and more. We had our accreditation visit, which seemed to go well. Emma turned 5 years old, her big accomplishment this term has been swimming independently over a width. This has been huge for our family and due to her lack in confidence, I did think it may never happen. Hayley did an amazing job during her swim gala, coming in first or second in her races. She was very determined. Hayley also had her class assembly infront of the school. Hayley was amazing, staying in character the entire time, to the extreme she was sweeping her house as others were saying their lines in the play. Charlotte has enjoyed Taekwondo and was in the hockey team competiting against other schools. She enjoyed her first overnight school camp at an adventure lodge. We were extremely proud of her, giving everything a go.

We managed a lovely half term break at Watamu beach with Murray. Hayley tried sailing with not much success. Charlotte tried scuba diving in the pool and this is where Emma learnt to swim a width. A beautiful part of the world that we will miss dearly when we move.

Preparations are on, the majortiy of our furniture is now sold as we continue to pack up our home to move in July to Switzerland.

We hope you have had a safe and happy Easter,
