1. The way that piracy continue to exist in modern world is in Somalia. It was extened of the corruption that raged since the government fell.

2. The US has asked ship owners to stick to their own shipping lanes when passing tgrough the sea. I dont feel that there are other solutions because they cant control if the ships dont stay in their own shipping lanes.

3. No, i dont think it is justifiable because piracy is just srealing from someone else, which is a crime. Yet, its on the sea, it really woyldbt make a difference because its still a crime.
