Great day! Spent the morning with at the orphanage playing with the kids. Afternoon opening presents and feasting on a yummy roast chicken, and NZ imported gravy 😊 Finished off with some games and great cheese.

Happy New Year
And a happy New Year to you also. How did you manage it? Packing to go away on holiday, and you still manage to post a Christmas blog. Amazing. You must have one or two extra child minders doing a superb job. So glad you were able to bring a bit of joy to the orphan babies. Have a great holiday Love Dad and Mum

brings back memories
Hi there Murray and Miriam and family,, Now we are 4 ! Congrats on the new one. Didnt know. You all look great. African life must agree with you and the pictures of Christmas tree with little girls under it brought back so many memories of our 8 Christmas' in Zaire with our clutch of little girls . seems so long ago .. Now they are big girls with lots of their own little girls (and Boys.) WE are expecting our 23 grandchild tomorrow.!!! 22 of our 'clan' live in Aniseed Valley . a take over... Miss the aid work and people we worked with but keep in touch a lot.. so still share in it a bit. A nice place you live in and the food looks good too.!! Good to share your time and love with the little orphans too.. even managed it on christmas day.. Well done. Love Sue and Pete Bryan
