Katherine Howell ...it is a fantastic concept - local fisherman comes to your door with fresh catch... prawns $6AUD/kilo. Brigid and I managed to get through a whole kilo between us last night... sooo tasty, probably sooooo piggy too.... we just have to hope they're not dodgy prawns or we'll be really really sick. All good so far though - and apparently next time he has jumbo prawns, he's coming our way first... woo hoo!
So anyway, this blog today is basically just to post some photos of the kids Brigid works with. I'd been meaning to take my camera down to the orphanage, but hadn't done so yet. But, we saw them in the ice cream shop as we walked past on Saturday morning, so we stopped to say hi. They'd been taken there for a treat. There was a lot of excited ice cream eating, and a fair amount ended up on faces/clothes/the floor. After the ice creams, we had a bit of a photo session (mostly with the older kids) and, as you'll see, they are definitely fans of the camera...
Enjoy, k x
