If I were a songwriter I would write a song about “Everyone Needs a Little Tenderness.” I am sure there are songs about that but this would be reserved for those most in need. Coffee is said to have been discovered in Ethiopia. The traditional coffee ceremony is lovely AND they serve it with popcorn. I knew I loved this country...

Beans are roasted over a small stove, then crushed, boiled then served. The flavor of their coffee is fabulous.
