Day 4 (12/03/2023) Since A was still running a fever, we ordered breakfast via Grab. Compared to yesterday supper, the breakfast was not as good, but the kopi and tea were nice.
After breakfast, we decided to explore the "Living Room". A had his first billard experience, but he was not very fascinated. After that, we decided to go out for a short walk and get our lunch as well. We walked to Lot 10, Farenheit 88 and Pavillion. There nothing that caught our eyes, so we ended up at a toy shop in Pavillion to get A a toy to make him feels better. He chose a box of animals, which cost RM160, but he was so happy when he saw it. After that, we went to Don Don Donki to get our lunch.
Back at the hotel, we showered A and let him have his lunch before he napped.
We watched "The Glory" on Netflix while A napped.
After he woke up, we were pondering if we should still go to the cow farm since A was not feeling well, but he insisted that he was ok and wanted to see cows. So, off
we went. Once again, it started pouring when we left the hotel, it took us such a long time before we got a Grab. We were so worried that it would be a wasted trip as the rain was really heavy.
Finally, we reached Farm Fresh @ UPM. It was still raining (but less heavy) when we arrived. I took the umbrella while I carried A in the carrier and my husband used the raincoat. We saw rabbits, chickens (and other farm birds) and finally the main stars, the cows. A has been asking to see "black and white" cows for the longest time, so I was really glad I can finally fulfill his little wish. Sadly, as it was raining, the cows were not released to the field, so we can only see them behind the fence. Nevertheless, it was still a sight to see.
Luckily, the rain started to get smaller and the sun started to come out. We continued to explore the grounds, which include a small container that holds fighting fish, a fenced up area with deer, chickens and rabbits and some shops that sell ice cream and milk. We saw that the lock for the fenced up area was unlocked, so we thought we were able to enter. However, we were eventually scolded by the staff for entering, so we had to quickly leave. After the rain stopped, the free tractor ride started operating. We had to wait for approximately 20-30mins as we missed the previous one. The view was quite beautiful as the tractor drives along the exterior of the farm. By this time, A was feeling very warm, so we quickly got a Grab to go back to hotel.
After A took his medicine and showered, he felt much better. He joined us for a quick dinner (Yes, Grab again..) before he goes to bed, while we continue with our binge-watch on Netflix.
