Today Robert Tracy Steve and I went for a drive down the south coast. We had a lovely day. We drove South to Batemans Bay and then took the Tourist Drive travelling through places such as Mossy Point Moruya Tuross Heads and Narooma. We had lunch and a lovely walk at Narooma. We also stopped at the lookout at Tuross. After lunch we drove down as far as Mystery Bay before heading back to M

Ok so the weather has not let up since i have arrived with the exception of one day where i decided to get myself so sunburnt that i can only now sit on my thighs comfortably 4 days later. i only missed one part of my body with cream Other than that it has given england a run for its money.
It's December.. This Is It

Both me and Marc had delicious lieins today. My eye has developed a juicy black eye and my arm feels like it's been punched from my Tetanus jab. Lazed about for a bit until realising I actually should get my ass into gear and try and get my laptop sorted. I had arranged to meet Nadia at the wake up at 4 because it was the 2nd to last day to see Michael Jacksons 'This Is It' and on Tuesdays it's

A day out at Adelaide Zoo

Yesterday was spent leisurely walking around Adelaide Zoo. The first animals you come across as you entre the zoo are the Barbary Sheep. Rather strangely in the next enclosure are the alligators There were two in the enclosure the first was smaller and didn't seem so threatening. The larger one although half submerged and standing completely still terrified me. The five foot wall didn't qui

An afternoon in Adelaide Gaol...

Yesterday I decided to check out the Adelaide Gaol. It was built on the outskirts of Adelaide in 1841 and as Adelaide is one of the only colonial towns not be settled by convicts local people scoffed at the idea of needing a prison. They were soon proved to be less that law abiding citizens and a number of various people began filling up the jail. The layout is a semicircle with the womens yar

Holiday to Townsville Self proclaimed capital of Tropical North QueenslandWe had some air miles to use up before November courtesy of my old employer BA so we had a look on the internet for places to go that were with in reach of the air miles I had accrued.
One sunny Sunday we headed out to the beach at Mount Maunganui with our American friends Jess and Matt for a barbecque. We had seen other beach side barbecques along the way and they were all coin operated so we were pleasantly surprised when we got to the beach and discovered they were free. That's right all that beach and free barbecques they make being a beach bum pretty easy on you at the
