My first dive trip to Grand Cayman took place in October of 2000. A buddy was in the process of building a rental home on the northside of the island and had asked a few of us to spend a week helping move things into the house and get it ready for the rental market. We had planned the trip months before looking forward to doing a bit of diving between house errand. Well if it takes 6 months o

So this was the vacation I finally got my mom to get back on a plane and take. It was most definitely worth it. My favorite part of the vacation was renting the mopeds to tour the island on. That is something you HAVE to do if you ever vacation on a small island. We landed in really heavy rain after a wet English summer I just wanted some sun. Well a few days on and now we have it. Its so beautiful out here reminds a bit of Hawaii but not as progressive.

Alike any other week my last week on the ship was full of all kinds of hilarity scandal and drama. And I sit here in the airport reflecting on it and can say that I will miss it somewhat. When ever I go on vacation or even a road trip I tend to make a CD with all of my favourite songs at the moment so I can always listen back on the CD and relive the experiences.
