Ana had the option of continuing on to the third stage which would have taken her to the hills above Ormoc City to visit the reputed home of a giant eel in Lake Danao. However in choosing the detour Ana could fast forward the race and go directly to the fourth stage and take a slower pace. Ron one of the owners greeted us and had a chat. Sogod bay is a famous area for diving with whale sharks but we were out of season so we didn't get a chance to do this next time gadget next time.
