We drove from Orlando to the Kennedy Space Centre which was a bit tricky on the wrong side of the road but we made it ok.We did a special 'NASA up close' tour which was different from the normal tour in that it took us slightly closer to the shuttle launch pads. And showed us the Vehicle Assembly Building which is just a building. And showed us the landing runway which is just a runway.

Tired of sitting around waiting to be shuttled to the ship we decided to venture out and see a little bit of Cocoa Beach and area. Humming the theme to ldquoI dream of Jennierdquo we jumped in the Audi and off we went. First on the agenda was food. After driving down the main strip for 34 miles we found a nice steak house called Durangorsquos Steakhouse. I ordered a 12oz rib eye steak and m

The bridge near Jacksonville always amazes. We talk and enjoy each others company the entire trip. With 5 kids between us we have a lot to talk about. So pretty much I lived in the unit and and the pool for a week. When I did eventually get up and about I only had one day left But a

All up we only fished for about 3 hours and I only caught 45 fish and only kept evidence of one well technically 2.All my other fish were little black tip sharks and what most of the others on the boat caught as you can se

The breakfast was a bit too homestyle for my taste crisco flavored hash browns anyone but thankfully I picked french toast which was quite possibly the safest choice. And hey it was free so I'm not going to complain about itAfter breakfast we headed to Kennedy Space Center loc

We landed in Orlando and rented a car to drive to Cape Canaveral where my cruize would be leaving out of. Be careful driving on the 95 i belive it was because cops sit there and wait for dumb tourists to speed by them e.g. such as us. He luckily let us go with a warning just obey the speed laws.
