Today 4 of us went up to San Juan to walk around and enjoy the old city. Brady had bad memories of last year 2nd degree sunburn compounded by 95 degree weather and Megan had her foot stung by a wasp a couple days before and decided that walking around all day would not be the best action to take. They stayed at the house walked into town slowly and ate at Galloway's again and found a shal

Day 2 and the good news is I've found a card reader to upload my photos. DaHouse hotel continues to impress me. I would recomment it to anyone visiting SJ. The rooftop deck and pool were a pleasant surprise. This morning I ran for about 45 minutes. It was already warm and humid even at 7am. The spray from the fountian was very refreshing. the paseo de la pricesia is a great place to run bu

Greetings from Viejo San Juan PR. It's a little after 10pm and I'm struggling to stay awake. The worst news of the day is that I forgot my camera's usb cable so I can't upload any photos. I'll try to buy another one here or have mine shipped to me in Bequia. So for now all you get are these boring no photo blogs.SORRYI arrived in SJ about 330. I'm staying at a hotel called DaHouse.

Irsquom also struggling with so many guests expressing disappointment in my program when the main problem they have is the age restrictions something that is not set by me but I am left to enforce.
We sailed to Cinnamon Bay St. John USVI with our friend Pat sailing her boat ldquoIf Knot Y Knotrdquo along with us. A picture of a 30 lb. turtle we saw there is attached. We continued on to the Spanish Virgin Islands of Culebra and Vieques. In 1941 about two thirds of Vieques was taken over by the U.S. Navy . The Navy purchased the land from the locals but did not give the locals the opti

After Logan and I visited the forts in Old San Juan today we walked along the path that follows along beside the cityrsquos walls and the water of the bay. Passed through the San Juan Gate the symbolic entrance to the city where ships once docked and people passed through when they arrived. More beautiful buildings and quaint little streets the side of San Juan I adore. Bought some homem

Sunday so it's home port day. I slept and slept and slept so much last night. Recovering from the long overnight still and just generally catching up on lost rest. It's a frequent hazard of ship life. While the guests embark the ship I work for Quentin the shopping specialist doing promotions. But we pushed my hours head a bit today to try to catch more of the crowd which worked well. B

The beaches are very clean with plenty around them. Meaning that there are bars cafes restaurants shopping. There are a vast number of hotels to choose from in the Condado area. There are several major chains with casinos such as Marriott Radi
