                    <title>November 9th and 10th</title>
                    <description>We stayed in Whangaroa fungarowah for 2 days. The guy at the backpackers needed some work done so for 2 hours work we got 2 nights stay and a full day on the kayaks. We worked the one day and then soaked in the hot tub. The next day we went out in the kayaks around the harbour and out to where it opened into the ocean.                     <title>Tara Tara rocks</title>
                    <description>These rocks dominate the landscape and there are lots of legends about them.We walked up to the base of them but decided against going to the top although there was a path of sorts. the view once again was wonderful and we sat up there for  a while.</description>

                    <title>Kahoe Farm</title>
                    <description>Up hill and down dale today. First up behind the hostel to the Camel's hump to see the view  like being in a plane Then along the Lane Cove path also very up and down and rather longer than we expected so we didn't quite make it to the cove There is a hut there you can stay in but the only way to it is to walk for 2 hours or go by boat.                     <title>Keri Keri</title>
                    <description>On our way up to Whangaroa remember its a f not a w we stopped at Keri keri which is on an inlet of the Bay of Islands as it is a place with a history of Maoris missions and whaling. It turned out to be a thriving little town and we went down to the historic basin to see what we could see. There is the old Stone Store one of the few stone buildings in NZ which over the years had many uses</description>

                    <title>Sailing aboard the iSanta Catalinai</title>
                    <description>We spent a very memorable new year on my aunt and uncle's yacht the Santa Catalina.  4 P.O.B. persons on board and 1 DOG aka Frodo the Heinz 57 motored out of the Gulf Harbour Marina on Boxing Day after hectic preparations and packing of bags scuba gear and food.
