                    <title>Wrong turn</title>
                    <description>We knew the was a risk of making errors when tracking a path backwards that is only marked in one direction. In fact we had already made one or two errors retracing our steps back down the Camino Frances to Melide. Unfortunately our first day go back up the Norte proved calamitous. We found our new way and for ten kilometres with gleaming new guide book road signs and the ubiquitous shell symbol </description>

                    <title>Lugo</title>
                    <description>The most popular attraction is the Roman walls surrounding its old city  the walls are about 15 metres high and there are stairs that lead up to the walls so you can actually walk on top of them all around the city That has got to be the most interesting thing Ive seen so far.It's a very small town easily explored in a day  great place to relax with a coffee or vino I find that bars in litt</description>
