<description>We got back into Thurso on a warm bright sunny Friday to stop at the bank store and the TIC. Of course we got the best weather on our last few days We took the A9 and A99 to Ulbster and found the Whatamore Steps that I had read about in my Lonely Planet Guide. But Scotland Why on earth would two sane people with most of their faculties still in tact want to go to ScotlandWell we figured that if we were going to visit all these exotic locations in Asia Scotland would be an ideal testing ground.
