                    <title>Does anyone speak English</title>
                    <description>We return to Souris harbor to get tickets to Isle de la Madeleine.  The Bothan is measured so the transportation cost can be determined. It is a five hour trip north in the Gulf of St. Lawrence.  It is a remote location with wonderful beaches and dunes.  	Since the Isle de la Madeleine is part of Quebec the language is French and the visitors are mostly French.  It is strange seeing no signs in E</description>
