I'm feeling more like I love Africa now that I'm home than I did when I was there. I miss it. I miss the people and the lovely spirit of togetherness. I miss the management style of family spirit that I witnessed at TASO. I think my mind was clouded by my longing for home I really did have a good time. I learned a lot and now I am eager to go back.... Just not for 4 months.

Since I've left and returned something in me has changed but I can't quite determine what. There's this fire in me to make my mark on the world and experience all that life has to offer. And now more than ever do I realize that the good comes with the bad...the sweet isn't so sweet without the sour.
I woke up in bed with Claudia today which is always a good way to start the day. However it was at 6 AM. Not so great. We said our goodbyes and headed in opposite directions as she went north to Boston and I started my journey south. By 10 AM I'd been in four different states.I finally made it into DC around 1 PM today. I met up with David R. a kid I use to work with back at Brandeis. He gr

But then the time has flown by so fast I haven't bothered to post anything. Grandma's house was relaxing but I wasn't supposed to spend much time there either.
So I'm here in DC still it's so hot I can barely stand to be outside during the day but I've given some motorcycletours at night and in the morning. The other day I jetted up to Bob's BMW in Maryland and got myself a new tire.
For those who don't know me well I'm addicted to the idea of travel. Not so much traveling itself but planning and reading about exotic places. I'm even starting classes this fall to get my travel and tourism certification. Do I need it Will I ever use it Nope. Except to plan my own travel and maybe learn how to get someone who speaks English on the phone at the port authority in Puerto Rico.M
