A college friend of mine was traveling through Europe and got to Tarfia just a day after I got to my sister's house. It took very little convincing to talk me into going with him. I apologized to my sister and promised to come back in no more than 10 days She dropped us off at the ferry ter

Sahara

Its been five days since weve been able to write due to the obvious lack of internet connection in the Sahara. We were unable to post pics due to the painfully slow connection at the internet cafe. Stay tuned for these pics

We packed ever so hurriedly and went to find out if we could leave our bags anywhere. The cleaner put them in a room for us and demanded 20dh. We couldn't be bothered with the aggravation so we paid and left to explore.Azrou is a beautiful little place and just outs

Hadn't originally planned on heading to Azrou in fact I had never even heard of it. When the need to get out of Fs became so great I began researching other interesting places in the area and came upon this one. My original plan was to take the overnight bus from Fs to Merzouga and the Sahara 9 hour bus ride but then decided to break up the journey a little...Definitely a change of gears fr
