Culebra beaches many pics

CULEBRA ISLAND PRCulebra Island is a small island at the east of Puerto Rico. Is 20 miles east from Fajardo and 15 miles west of St Thomas. Is a 7 miles long and 4 miles wide island and for me is the ultimate Caribbean Paradise. There is no fast food places and just a few complex locals want to keep it that way. This time I want to share pictures of my recent trip to the island on the weekend

We visited the island of Culebra also known as one of the lsquoSpanish Virgin Islandsrsquo for a bit of a break and to do some diving. Culebra is a tiny little place with only about 2000 residents. Everyone knows everyone so when we found ourselves wit

Puerto Rico Day Seven Friday

We awaken early Friday morning and once again set off for Fajardo. Only this time we will not be staying. We are boarding a ferry down at the port for a daytrip to Culebra an island just off the coast. Culebra has a total population of about 1800. According to Frommers this is a very lazy and relaxed island. It is said to resemble what the Carribean used to be like in the 60rsquos before muc

Day 2 6 Culebra Continued...

Since the rest of the vacation has begun to mesh together in my mind I figured I would summarize it in one post A few days before I left NY I checked the weather and was dismayed to see a 40 chance of rain each day for the entire trip. I told my mom expecting her to be equally upset but she laughed at me. She told me that in the tropics there is always a 40 chance of rain but if it does rai

Before I begin talking about the trip I figured I should start with how we decided to go to Culebra. To make a long story short my Mom and I were supposed to go visit my Grandparents in Florida for Mothers Day but my Mom and my Grandma got in a fight and so we decided to go to Culebra instead. Now that thats out of the way.... I was skeptical at first but I found out that 545AM actually do
