We walked around the Magic Kingdom probably 3 times. I took pictures with every character that i could get to mostly because i knew it would be a long time before i got to go back. Hopefully we will come back when my nieces are older. That would be am

Beth and I were up at 0330 and at 711 in time to celebrate and take a picture at the exact moment I turned 30 at 0337 then hit the road early to beat the race day traffic. We had taken a picture together at the Ozzie concert when she turned 30 as well and I like that one a lot more. When we parked we took a nap then woke up with a few beers and got some stuff for our nieces and nephews. Ther

Daytona Day 1 Let's go sunshine

Early Tuesday morning I was in the air well on my way to sunny Florida. The flight was laughable as the 757 aircraft was a former America West plane repainted to mesh with US Airways fleet. The guy sitting next to me and I were joking about the delay announced before we boarded due to a mechanical issue despite the plane having been on the ground for 2 hourse before our flight. Once on board the

Michael and I left for Daytona Beach on July 15 2001. We had 5 days together. That was the main thing father and son sharing an experience. I wanted Michael to see Florida as kids in his age group have. We went to the beach and got in the ocean. Michael bought a board which he surfed on. We collected shells at night. We saw crabs in the sand. We stood on the balcony and watched the waves. Storm

We're sitting in Daytona Beach International airport waiting for our connection to Atlanta. This does not seem very international to me but I know there are some strange bedfellows in the whole secessionist movement and maybe something happened while I wasn't paying attention. From Atlanta world city of international intrigue or at least strippers from what I hear it's a nine hour flight t

After driving back to Orlando to get there we arrived and thankfully the weather dried up a bit although it did remain cloudy. The mall was big but not overly impressive. We walked around and took it all in for a few hours before having lunch and heading back. As we neared home
