It is the downtown hot spot that is packed with young adults on weeks and pretty much most of the time. It is crazy bars are open till 5 in the morning. They have this rule called lock out which is there answer to over drinking and bad behavior caused be drinking. There are many high rise buildings and some really nice bridges all very nicely illuminated. The city really looks like a great place. I stayed in a small hostel close to the Valley which is the main area for going out at night. Although I booked a single room I got a huge double room with fire place for the same price. We were disapointed with the hostel but that was to be expected after leaving our home away from home among friends in Mooloolaba.Anzac day was pretty interesting.
