Two Months To Go

So here it is my firstever blog posting to kick off this chapter in my life. Right now I'm sitting at home in my little Boston apartment windows open on this beautiful spring day and I'm wiggling around like a 5yearold who is getting ready to go to Disneyland. Today therefore is what I've taken to calling a Wiggle Day. Other Days include Oh Sh days Denial days and then there'

Boston Childrens Hospital and Hershey

We left our rig in Hershey PA and headed to Boston to meet Kathy and Megan. Of course Princess went with us and we stayed in petfriendly hotels. Boston Childrens was in the heart of Boston. The trip there took us through Manhattan the day the Pope spoke in Yankee stadium. How do you say traffic gridlock Made it to Boston only to learn the Boston Marathon was taking place. Our GPS had PM

Day2 Shippin' Up to Boston

I hardly slept at all the first night in the hotel because my nephew snores like it's his job but I made due. We got some breakfast at Friendly's and then made our way towards the city. We boarded the green line in West Borrough and took the train 40 minutes downtown. The city immediately greeted us. As soon as we stepped onto the surface I saw a man dressed like some kind of priest dancing i

Well here I am in Boston. It's an unusual place after coming from New York. The sky line has the occassional sky scraper and it is desperately trying to cling on to what heritage it has. The city has a sort of yellow brick road running through it well it's not actually yellow or a road. It's called the Freedom Trail and it's like a treasure hunt of American history as you can expect this doesn'

This is crazy seems like just yesterday I decided to head to Europe but now my departure date is almost hereBy looking at my todo list and unpacked backpack you would never guess it though. Guess I better get working on that ehAnyway this past weekend Boston was lovely. I think it's definitely in the running for being my favorite city in the United States. It's surprising for me anyway to

Hi Friends and FamilyDave and I are heading out again. This time we are driving to Alaska leaving Raynham on May 16. We are really excited about our 2month trip to the Last Frontier. We will be driving through Buffalo Chicago and on up into North Dakota before crossing into Canada. We are leaving the fifthwheel at home and taking the van once again. For this trip though we have bought

Heading South from Boston we stopped off in Provincetown a small fishing town in Cape Cod. Benji had given us the choice to either go to the beach for the day or go on the Whale Watching boat trip that alighted in the harbour. I was disappointed because out of the group only myself and one other decided to go. The trip cost 35 that lasts 34 hours but I was hesitant to hand over this much money b

My sole reason for wanting to visit Boston was because it was the home of my beloved program Ally McBeal. However there is no set destination for fans of the television program to visit but simply walking the streets is enough to get a feeling that you have seen it before due to Bostonrsquos distinct architecture. Cheers is another television program that the city is famed for lsquothe bar wh

In fact I am pretty sure my Boston accent sounds more Jamaican than Bostonian. But if I went to Harvard I think I could perfect it. And let me just say it I love Harvard.
Been in Boston a couple of days now for those who don't know. Think i much prefer it to New York. We are staying in a suburb called Everitt and it seems really nice much less hustle and bustle than New York. Even the downtown area is less chaotic the whole area feels much more like a small english city. Walked the freedom trail yesterday which is basically a 5 mile walk that at regular pe

Well Boston seems really... nice. Nice just seems like the right word 2 describe Boston. Where as New York was overwhelming and hectic in a good way. Boston just seems 2 roll at a much leisurely pace. We got up this morning and went 2 a place near by to get breakfast... an all american freakin breakfast And suffice 2 say i haven't felt the need 2 eat since. We got the bus and then the tram in2

Well I arrived in Boston last night or rather early this morning at 1230 AM only to find that American Airlines again left my luggage at Miami Airport which I've decided is a terrible transfer place They've found it though and it should be delivered sometime this evening. Took a taxi to Jane and Don's where poor sleepy Jane let me in. By this time it was way after 1 am. I'm so
