So Sweden eh Havign never been there I had alot of preconceptions about Swedes and their homeland all of which turned out to be based on pure fact. Thanks to the beautiful resund bridge I was able to hop on a train and arrive in Lund no more than an hour later. I was to meet up with Lina whom along with a friend surfed my couch back in 2006. I messaged her to say what time I would arrive b

But Irsquom going back March 18th...so perhaps it is the preBerlin blog. 61514 Again. So SINCE last Berlin trip its been an absolute whirlwind of madness.
So today on the 9th of January I have finally arrived in Lund. The trip by train was really comfortable except for the passport check in the Schengen zone which seemed a bit useless since they let the boy without any papers or reliable story of what he was doing in Denmark in anyway. First 6 hours I sat all alone and watched Disney's Alladin read. Then when I started sleeping I was woke u

Sweden

We flew into Copenhagen early Sunday afternoon and immediately got passage for a 30minute train ride across the Oresund into Sweden. This is a narrow strait of water connecting the North Sea to the Baltic. When we arrived in Lund we settled into our hotel and grabbed a quick lunch from a corner stand before meeting up with the rest of the class for a quick overview of the upcoming week.

It has been 10 days since I arrived in Lund. It's a cosy little town in the Southern part of Sweden. Since it's a small little town there is nothing much to do in the town centre other than shop at H M and dincho. I stay in Sparta in a Swedish corridor meaning that most of my corridor mates are Swedish. This gives me ample opportunity to interact with the locals. Although the wavelength is qui
