During my trip to the Twin Cities I decided that a nice thing to do would be to get the kids out of the house. I brought them to Como Park Zoo in St. Paul. It is a donation only zoo. So being that I was still in Nursing School aka broke it was not expensive other than the treats that I bought them. All of the kids have already been there but how can you go wrong with animals In 1897 the par

Winter Carnival trip Day 5 Today was very cold and I have seen all I wanted to see in St Paul so I invested the day in doing homework on some possible future trips and getting prepared to depart tomorrow. I found one called the Riverside Market on Wabasha St between 6th and 7th street. Unfortunately it was closed on Sundays so I walked back south on Wabasha Street to the Walgreens and got a few things there before they closed. There was a Macy

Built inside a historic train repair shop this Best Western is the most unique hotel I've stayed at. The original train tracks run through the floor The original wooden ceiling beams are still there as well. The rooms are all situated around a lobby with a platform that replicates a train stop along a train route. How fun is thatGet wireless highspeed Internet and a free continental breakfast
