Our site was an island in the middle of a channel in a very large lake. None if any coverage from the elements. We had 90kmh winds rain fog hail thunder and lighting SNOW and 4 hours of glorious sunshine. It was a rough go. Fishing wasnt the best either. Only 4 caught. The roads are good and very little traffic. I even drive half the way after a stop at Tim Hortons a canadian institution for coffee and cookies.The scenery changes to vast mixed forest and frequent lakes with long straight roads.Almost no buildings just miles of nature.
