                    <title>Soka River to Lake Boheme</title>
                    <description>We left our campsite on the Soka River to travel to Lake Boheme getting there was a treat  we drove onto a vehicle train that took us through various tunnels and through the mountain range  it was really strange as we went through the tunnels still sitting in the van but enjoy breakfast along the way. The journey took 40 mins to reach Lake Boheme.We were recommended a camp site on the lake side</description>

                    <title>Mountain Hike  Flying</title>
                    <description> The Gang of Flyers got ready for transport to arrive  altough Glen and Alex decided that they would hike up the mountain with their paragliders  brave men. Lyd got ready for the 3 hire hike  what a beautiful route  taking in the River  Waterfalls  Medows  Villages  and ruins with butterflys bouncing along the pathway by your feet the heat pretty intense as well but a throughly rewarding </description>

                    <description>Siesta Yesterday was scary......we all went unconscious at about 4.30 pm after a hard day on the archeological sites and could not wake up......jet lag kicks in.                     <title>Still in Kobarid</title>
                    <description>Spent the day cycling up the Soca valley beside the river Soca which is a turquoise green glacial river. The valley is very beautiful  through wooded mountains. Lots of canoeing hiking and biking around here. Stopped in a cafe to try the local speciality of the valley which turned out to look like a steamed cornish pasty filled with apple nuts and cinnamon and covered in syrup  ideal cyclin</description>

                    <title>Update from Kobarid</title>
                    <description> Arrived safely in Klagenfurt bikes intact thanks to careful handling by Ryan Air. Couple of nice days around the lakes of Austria and then the first mountain pass into Slovenia. 18 gradient appears to be the only road sign the authorities have Diane walked to Slovenia and was serviously annoyed that Richard had turned down a tractor ride to the top of the pass and international border point.
