                    <description>    My parents wanted to celebrate Brett  Megan39s engagement by going down to St. Louis and having an engagement dinner with both families.  We walked around St. Charles on Saturday which has one of the cutest downtown areas.       On the way home Dad took us through Louisiana Missouri a small town along the Mississippi river.                     <title>olde world charm</title>
                    <description>Took a walk down Main Street St Charles MO to find such olde world charm.  My favorite is the coffee shop called Picasso's at Jefferson that houses art work pastries and lots of coffee.  I feel like I have lived history as I stroll down the banks where Lewis and Clarke navigated the Missouri River.  This place lights up each December with Victorian characters.  I am coming back on November 19 t</description>
