Thanksgiving and other Shenanigans

Arriving back to KBH after a two week break was great except for staring school back up. It was especially hard going two weeks without having my danish language class. I find it really peaceful to have everybody around you speaking a language you don't understand the majority of. It is lovely sitting on the train in the morning half asleep and not having to unintentionally listening to people

Its either all gone terribly wrong or its all making perfect sense. Deciding between the two is the very difficult part. I've gone from devastated to calm tonight. I found a perfect recipe here httpblog.fatfreevegan.com200602frenchlentilandportabellastew.html I love this blog and recommend it to everyone. She's completely incredible.
When Eliza met Karen

After Paree i parted from my fellow travellers and flew on up to Copenhagen. And i would be greeted at the airport by someone whom i had never met but would be staying with for a week. This person was Karen. A dear friend of Tiffany's whom knew her from her stay in England a few years back. I arrived in Copenhagen at the same time as 3 plane loads of soldiers returning from the middle east. So the

We begonnen d

Yesterday I went for a bit of an explore from Christianshavn Metro station to the Opera House Operaen. Found this really weird abandon piece of land not too far from the station. Saw some woman come out of the gates and thought that it might be a cut through. It had a piano that had been painted complete with keys and lid. Lots of things that had been abandoned. Think it might have had some min

My plan for this evening was to start on one of the many papers I have due in the next couple weeks. What have I done with my time instead Watched Whale Wars on Animal Planet of course. And an interview on BBC's Hard Talk with the Hungarian Foreign Minister. So it was still a totally educational academic evening.Today my Women Art and Identity class took a field trip to two museums. The first

As we woke up in our fantastic apartment it was very bright outside. There is not much darkness here because Denmark is so far north. The apartment that we rented was a two bedroom apartment which was perfect for us. Eric and I shared a small bedroom with blinds but poor Adam had to sleep out on the sofa with no blinds covering the window. We started out the day by eating a wonderful fruit br

We woke up very early Saturday morning to take the long plane ride across the ocean. Of coarse we could not sleep on the plane who can and ended up watching movie after movie.
