The crag the jets and the burial chamber.2009 Oct 21stWell this will be my final full day in BetwsyCoed. I booked a room in Conwy for Thursday night. I had hoped to book a place for two nights but apparently Conwy is having some kind of food festival so all I could get was the one night. Rather then relocate within Conwy I will likely move on to someplace further south so as to position myse

Oddly enough though I canrsquot seem to find anyone who knows anything about the Dee Way path. Nothing in the various tourists information centers nor could I find any markers on the Dee river or Canals. I guess this is the difference between a national trail and

The Roma Christmas was exciting again this year. The family congregations were spread over a few days and we indulged in more turkey pudding and yummy goodies than required. We had Christmas day in London and then another gathering in Birmingham on Boxing Day. We have never indulged in so much kareoke in my life than in that one night alone But it was fun for the kids and the 'grown ups' all sin

Snowdon

By now we were really weary and wondering whether our legs would actually get us up Snowdon at all. It hurt to walk it hurt to sit and we actually thought our legs would seize up all together at one point. Here we met with Sara and Austin who grew up in North Wales and are dedicated climbers with lots of local knowledge and expertise. Also Marc's great friend Steve who had previously managed the

Marin Trail

Tucked away in amongst the Snowdon mountain range lies a purpose built mountainbiking trail. There isn't that much to say as I feel the pictures say it all.
