                    <description>Na het afscheid van de Canadese familie ging onze tocht verder. We hielden eerst nog even halt bij The Forks daar waar we gisteren gedineerd hadden om nog snel even iets in onze mond te steken. Daarna was het dan definitief tijd om onze tocht verder te zetten richting Westen.Manitoba is zoals heel canada bekend om zijn natuur maar n uniek plekje het nationaal park Riding Mountain springt er</description>

                    <title>July 4  Gorge Creek Trail Riding Mountain National Park</title>
                    <description>We packed up quick in the morning and headed to Gorge Creek Trail which is a 6.5km one way trail with the rating of difficult.  At the beginning we were like ldquothis trail isnrsquot very difficultrdquo then we started going up and down all sorts of stairs in and out of the gorge and we quickly changed our minds.                     <title>July 3  Winnipeg to Riding Mountain National Park</title>
                    <description>We headed back to Winnipeg because it was on our way to our next stop Riding Mountain National Park. So we took the opportunity to stop at the Mint and take a tour.
