                    <title>Wknd with Aunt Norma</title>
                    <description>We hadn't seen Aunt Norma since our wedding when she traveled all the way to San Francisco to celebrate with us.  I'm ashamed to say that it had been nearly 2.5 yrs by the time we finally went up to visit  to attend my childhood friend Mike's wedding next entry no less.  So we made the 7 hr drive up from Berkeley with a nice dinner stop in Shasta  love that town and finally paid Aunt Norma </description>

                    <title>Days 1  2</title>
                    <description>We made it out of Big Bear by 930 on Wednesday morning.  If you know Ed you know what a feat that was  We went as far as Stockton the first day.  A little over 400 miles.  Scratch is very happy.  It only took him about 30 minutes to figure out how to get from the truck into the camper and he has been there ever since.                     <title>Southern Oregon</title>
                    <description>Today we finally hit the road  We got up bright and early at 6am and hit the road at about 730.  Nothing too exciting has happened today just mostly cruising on the open road.  Tonight the plan is to stay in a motel in Reno so that puts us at about 500 miles we have to drive today.                     <description>Obfuscator writes We left our motel by about 800 which was useful since we knew we had sort of a tight schedule for the day.
