Martin and I were fortunate to be in Antwerp for the 2nd Indian Customers vs RTD cricket match. A couple of training sessions before the day meant we actually got to touch a cricket ball and for me a couple of swings of a cricket bat in the nets... Despite my duck I managed not to let any balls pass me when fielding but alas didn't get to show them my Sandy's special flipper as I didn't get

Ah it was fine I could just go back to the hostel and hang out for abit and maybe get some breaky. Problem was it was raining. Pissing

Today we left Rotterdam and took the train to Antwerp for a short day trip. It's a great place to just walk around and just take it in. We walked from the central station to the waterfront. The archetecture is beautiful and the shopping abundant unfortunately we weren't really there for that. We came across a few markets including a little flea market in a square that had a lot of interesting

We left Brugge early in the morning on Wedensday June 3 taking the local Brugge bus from the Bariseele to the train station and then the quick 80 minute train ride to Antwerp. The weather had turned much cooler but we still wore shorts but this time with a sweatshirt. Antwerp is not as immediately apppealing as Brugge in the cuteness sense. It is about four times the size and its center
