I just want to sit and not do anything The only thing I have been doing on the net lately is searching for my next adventure. I have to say I have decided well at least 90 sure I will not stay in Thailand after this semester. I have found that every day is becoming a s

Bangkok to Chiang Mai...The beginning.

A myriad of aromas dance around me as we walk down the road. Little sticks of mystery meats sizzle on tiny BBQs beside vanilla waffles filled with hotdogs. A waft of raw sewage makes me quicken my step past the begger with one leg. The air is hot and the taste of Bangkok is intense. The underground and sky train are easy to travel and have us feeling pretty damned proud of our navigational skills

After getting back from Koh Chang we spent another couple of days in Bangkok. As we get to know the city I am beginning to like it more and more. On Monday we went to Lumphini Park which is a peaceful park with lakes in the middle of Bangkok surrounded by sky scrapers. The lakes are inhabited by lots of huge monitor Lizards the largest being maybe 67ft from head to tale. They were all out baski
