Stott Pilates in Virginia, rock climbing at the Gunks in New York... and more!

I met the Asian group (though they claim not to be Asian), at a rock climbing gym, and we headed up to the Gunks to go climbing and camping. I, the Asian medicine practitioner, and lover of Asia, was their "franchise."

Elizabeth is a part time Boulderite, part time New Yorker, so we clicked instantly. We ate at her friends' house, and camped in their huge back yard. What a Goddess!! I will see her again next week in Boulder!

I am working my way through all the Pilates trainings so that I can become an Instructor Trainer (IT).

Next time my (non) Asian posse and I hope to head to the New River Gorge.
