Today continued our tour d' sweat as we spent the day touring all the big Bangkok sites. The morning was spent visiting the 5 ton golden Buddha and the longest reclining Buddha and two more Wats (Wat Po, Wat Arun). After some meatless pad thai for lunch, we continued our tour with a trip to the Grand Palace (so much bling!), the Emerald Buddha (actually made of jade), and a long boat ride along the Bangkok canals.

Overall it was a great intro to Bangkok. Tomorrow we leave the city and head up North..
