1. The reason why I chose to read about domestic violence was because to me that's a serious problem. No women,men, and children should ever go through domestic violence.
2. What I learned from the article is that a lot of women are homeless because they wanted to escape their abusive significant other. I also learned that about 4.1 billion dollars is spent on people because they need mental and physical recovery, which is terrible because no human being should ever go through something so tragic.
3. A way this article relates to what we're learning in class because in class we are talking about how there are untouchables and the way they are treated is disrespectful, the same concept applies in this situation because these people are being abused for no reason and are left alone because a lot of people think they are bums.
4. This article makes me want to give these people a voice, it makes me want to start a shelter for them and just help them because it makes me sad when people,especially young people go through this, and yet many ignore them. It makes me want to investigate a specific case so I can help a specific person.
